SUCCEED is a dynamic and expanding initiative, currently composed of 11 active projects with 24 partners, contributors and implementors committed to advancing Sport for All capacity-building on a global scale. Its governance structure is designed to ensure strong, coordinated leadership and strategic coherence. This structure exemplifies SUCCEED’s core values of collective action and inclusive leadership principles that strongly resonate with partner organizations, whose vision is powerfully captured in their reflection.
To truly leverage sport as a tool for a better world, multi-sector stakeholders from across the world must come together under a unified vision. This is easier said than done, which is why the SUCCEED framework is so vital. Remedy’s mission is to build fundraising capacity within sport, and SUCCEED allows us to exponentially amplify and enhance the impact of our work. By collaborating with values-aligned partners across different technical and strategic contexts, we are able to truly collaborate through collective action. Across sectors, cultures and regions, we are able to empower practitioners, institutions and organizations to unlock sport’s immense power to create a better world.

At Sport for Life, we see the SUCCEED Framework as a bold and timely response to the global need for more inclusive, values-driven, and sustainable sport systems… The Framework’s emphasis on systemic transformation and capacity-building resonates with our own mission and offers new partners a unique opportunity to collaborate across cultures, sectors, and continents to shape the future of sport and physical activity. We believe SUCCEED isn’t just a project—it’s a movement that invites committed leaders to take action.
